I want to add low impact and yoga to my activity.

I want to add manually seated exercises, yoga and balance exercises. How do I do this. when I go to my dashboard, it only shows my steps

I think the best way would be to add them as shortcuts to the list of exercises you can track. There is a Yoga shortcut. Add it to your tracker using the app on your phone and then start to track them once you start exercising.

So to be sure I understand,

- Do you want to add shortcuts for exercises on your tracker ?

- Or do you can track them already but you do not see them on your dashboard ?

- Or something else ?

I want to add new activities to my daily exercise. I thought there was a
drop down that I could add to my activity list. I am finding I need to
manually add the information each day.
I can do that because it is not the same daily.
