Invalid Fitbit Ionic recall service coupons

Dear sir,

I have gotton 23 Parknshop Voucher from Fitbit Ionic recall service. I have exchanged 16 coupons from hyperlink 1 to 15 and 23, but can't exchange hyperlink 16 to 22. I have never exchange hyperlink 16 to 22 and I check all coupons expired date on Feb 2025 . Could your company help me to follow this case.

Please go back to the voucher issuer in order to have better assistance.
