I don't see the Ionic on the FitBit website anymore? Is it also being discontinued?

Hi @joeboyer  the Ionic was retired. The new style is the Sense.

Thanks for the info. I like my Ionic but it does have a few glitches. Looking forward to trying the Sense once mine wears out!

HI Odyssey13

I don't suppose you have the date they discontinued the Ionic do you?

Is this the reason why they seem to all be breaking after the last update, or have so many of them now broken they have just decided to scrap the whole thing?

Would be interested to know if you currently have one, when that one breaks you will be given ANOTHER broken ones, until the warranty runs out?

If you know the date that would be great.

Thanks

Hi @Rich-56  I'm not sure on the date, so I've asked a moderator to stop by with that information. From what I can tell, it was last summer, but the moderator might tell you. I've a family member who has the Ionic and uses Android system and is happy with it. Haven't heard if they are having any problems and since we do challenges together, I'd know. Each case is handled individually by Fitbit customer support, so it's hard to know what would be done in your situation.
