It seems to me that Fitbit are telling users not to use the Ionic & apply for a refund, but no one is any nearer to getting said refund! I am going to look at alternative fitness watches as Fitbit are not honoring what they have offered!!!! Goodbye Fitbit I am sad that we have had to part like this
