When I try to connect an Ionic it says that other declared lost, stolen or has been replaced

It says when I try to connect watch that other declared lost stolen or has been replaced 

 

so what do I do know 

I have bill of purchase

As, @Odyssey13 mentioned, there's a voluntary recall for Fitbit Ionic. I also noticed that you already contacted our team.

The Ionic is under a voluntary recall. Can you return it? It's possible the owner applied for the refund and the unit was disabled. If that's the case, the Ionic won't work at all.
