Distinguish between heart rate elevated through movement or not

Could you create a feature that detects absence of movement but increased heart rate, allowing users to see this data?
This would be useful to separate exercise vs anxiety/or other health issues potentially causing elevated heart rates and when this is happening during the day.
This is needed because:
This would be extremely useful data for Fitbit users with health conditions to better understand their condition and its affect on their body.
I'd use this: Daily
