Step data not coming through

When processing Fitbit data for our app, there are occasions that step data is not being pulled through. The intraday data shows walking activity data (with steps associated) but the total number of steps is not shown. We have checked with multiple accounts and find this happens sometimes but there's nothing pointing us to when or why (as it doesn't always occur). 

 

This issue seems to be happening since the Fitbit update around one month ago. Is there something we should be aware of or is this a bug?

Are you sure this isn't a Web API issue?
