Don’t get spo2 when napping

It would be really nice if spo2 was tracked while napping.   I have sleep apnea and it would be good to know if my spo2 is dropping a lot while taking a nap when I fall asleep and don’t use cpap.     Currently, it does not track or show this info if sleep is under 3 hours.    It’s understandable about sleep stage not showing, but all the other metrics could be shown.

Hi @Scotb - unfortunately the watch doesn't give you what you need. Look into a watch which provides constant SpO2 monitoring, I think the Garmin Venu 2 plus has it and there may be others, or a separate oximeter.
