Hi my Fitbit sense is not even a year old. The battery died and I left it on charge over night however my fitbit device never charged. It is still acting like the battery is dead. I have cleaned the device and the charging wire and even changed my plug to see if it's any of them but nothing is working. I have now ordered another wire to see if it is the wire that is the issue. Can anyone provide any other advice to try and get my Fitbit sense back to life?

HI @Elaynorash93 - you are on the right track see How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
