syncing fitbit

My Fitbit stopped syncing after a visit to Krakow. I have followed all the instructions to try and sync it but nothing has worked.

Was one of the things you tried a restart of the fitbit using this procedure?

If so, how many times did you try it? It's known to not always work and it's recommended to try it at least 3 times.

 

If that doesn't work and you've tried all the other suggestions then it's probably best to contact customer support:
