versa4が起動しなくなりました

買ったばかりのversa4が起動しなくなりました。最初の日は問題無かったのですが次の日には何度か画面に赤色のバツマークが点灯しました。

横にあるスイッチを長押しするとfitbitのロゴが点滅して10〜15秒すると画面に赤色のバツマークが出て画面が消えます。

スマートフォンではversa4を認識しているようです。解決策を教えて下さい。よろしくお願いします。

I had the same thing happen. What seemed to solve it for me was rebooting it a few times with the button until I got to the clock face, then shutting down the Fitbit and charging it. While it was charging I also rebooted my iPhone. 

Some others got it to work by removing the watch from the Fitbit app then adding it back in. Good luck!
