In order to pair it with another mobile device, I tried doing a factory reset and then setting it up.
Then, sense2 stays on the setup screen and does not proceed to the next step. Pairing with another mobile phone has been completed.

obably due to the fact that it is tied to the previous device.
Remove Sence2 from the app on the previous device.
Also, delete Sence2 from the Bluetooth section of the previous device.
Then launch the fitbit app on the new device and look for Sence2.
You should now be able to connect it to your new device.
