How to set the clock to japan time, it does not offer one for Japan

I am trying to set up my fit bit but for time zone Japan is not listed. I have tried to click on other time zones to see if they match the time here but it does not load. The time stays the same.

You should be able to change the timezone on your tracker by changing it on your Fitbit Dashboard. Once you've done that, I remember someone saying that you must sync immediately after you've changed the timezone.
