5 days fasting challenge!

Hi All! I'm planning to do 5 days fasting after my next period, but I'm not confident to get it done alone🙄 It is reassuring if I have team mate. Let's do it together😉

I plan to spend 8 days. The first 2 days I eat as usual, but try not to eat any meat, dairy product and eggs. Then, start 5 days fasting, I only drink water, lemon water, or miso-soup. After that 5 days fasting, I will go for recovery food.

Although I mentioned the detail, I do not mean ask you all to do the same.
I do not care you want to join, or you try something similar, or just you want to see our challenge.
