Hi.
My daughters Fitbit Ace2 is set to 24 hour clock but we’d like to change to 12 hour clock.
I changed mine to 12 hour and synced up with hers but hers is still on 24 hour clock.
How can I change?

That’s very disappointing.
My daughter now has a watch that I need to tell her to put away until a fix is in place which we have no idea when that will be.
Plus I presume I will have to keep checking to see when this fix is in place, however if we had of purchased the next Fitbit ace on the shelf we might not have this issue at all!!!!
Very poor.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Darrenbyrne. I am sorry for the delayed response.
I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing your concern about the 12 hour clock setting on your daughter's Fitbit Ace 2. Thank you for your efforts to resolve this, you can confirm the steps to change to a 12 hour clock in this help article: How do I change the time on my Fitbit device?
We're aware that some users are unable to change this setting for their child's account. We’re currently working to resolve it and hope to have a fix soon. Be sure to keep the Fitbit device and app up-to-date to ensure you receive the quickest resolution. I appreciate your patience and understanding.
Let me know if you have further questions.

Hi,
So what’s the timescale on when this issue will be resolved.
Very disappointing for some users, and on that point why is it only an issue for some users. What’s the issue there that some people are lucky and it works for them and some are unlucky and just have to put up with it?

Still no fix for this? Seriously? How hard can it be to create a software fix for this issue?
Unable to change from 12 hr to 24 hr display...

I notice that in the children's account is only 12 hours
With a regular account it's 24 hours

I cant believe FitBit hasn't fixed this yet.
Going to return the two Fitbits I bought today as not fit for use.
This issue combined with the fact that you cant change the date format from US to International format makes this unusable for a 6 year old who this is targeted for.

Same here. Have been in touch with Fitbit support team on Twitter but they didn't help either.
