2 New Fitbit Ace 2 are locked

We just unboxed 2 Ace’s and they are both coming up as Locked! Any way to fix this ?

Hi there @LindsN, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. 

While reading your post I was wondering if you're getting error messages on the Ace 2 screens? There's no option to lock the Ace 2, so I'd like to know what kind of message you're receiving. 

If you're having difficulties to set up your new Ace 2 trackers, please follow the troubleshooting steps provided in the help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? 

Let me know the outcome, I'll be around.
