24h clock switches day and night on Ace 2

Hi,

 

My sons Ace 2 shows the 24h clock dit the night during daytime, and vice versa. All countrysettings are correct. Can anyone help please ?

In order to help you better, could you please confirm the issue with the tracker? Does it show 24 hour clock during the night?

 

Meanwhile, you can try doing the following:

 

1. Restart the tracker by following the steps from this help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

2. Change the clock face: 

  • With the tracker nearby, from the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the account icon> Ace 2 tile.
  • Tap Clock Faces > All Clocks.
  • Browse the available clock faces. Tap a clock face to see a detailed view.
  • Tap Select to add the clock face to Ace 2.

Is it possible that the new clockfaces only have a 12hr notification?
