I have purchased three Ace 2 fitbits two of them connected fine to the family account when I try to add the 3rd the app found it but wouldn't connect I have tried restarting it, restarting my phone, turning off Bluetooth for a while and uninstalling the app. Is there anything else I can try?

You’re not alone. Ours won’t connect either. Sending it back and going for Garmin.

At what point of the setup process does the failure occur at and do you get any error messages? Also what phone?
