ACE 3 for kids not connecting to my iPhone during initial setup.

Failure to establish Bluetooth connection during initial setup.

  • App installed.
  • Account created.
  • Family account created.
  • Kid created in family account.

Now I am instructed to hold the fitbit next to my phone.

  • fitbit is charged full
  • bluetooth is running on smartphone.

Tried with 2 smartphones. Seems that the problem resides at fitbit side...

 

😞disappointed kids in the house 😞

 

Please help.
