ACE time zone stuck for one of two devices on family account

I am primary guardian on family account, and have 2 Fitbit ACEs syncing to my phone. We’ve recently returned from France. While we were there, phone and both aces changed to the Paris time zone.

Now we are back, phone and one ace have changed back to London time zone, but the second ace is stuck on Paris time zone (so time is one hour ahead).

Within app (kids advanced settings) I have switched automatic time setting off, manually changed to London, but ace simply defaults back to Paris time zone.

If I switch auto time zone off and then back on, it briefly shows London and then goes back to Paris.

I have followed steps to reset Fitbit, but this hasn’t achieved anything.

The time on Fitbit remains 1 hour ahead, and time zone in kids advanced setting stays as Paris. Time zone for the other kid account is London, as is the parent account.

Can anyone suggest anything to resolve this?

Thanks

Hi Green JS

This has happened to us when we returned from Italy yesterday. My two sons Ace’s are stuck on Rome time zone (1hr ahead) yet my Fitbit Versa has auto corrected to uk time. I have tried everything and it’s driving me crazy!!!!

Every time I reset the time zone it defaults back to Rome. I’ve turned Auto time zone off and it’s showing London briefly but still goes back to Rome.

Really cant have this every time we go away!

Hi @SunsetRunner and @GreenJS, have either of you tried setting the Aces in question up as a new device?
