Accidentally linked Mobile Tracker to Ace

I didn’t realise I was logged in with Ace account when I added my phone for the mobile tracker. We only just got the ace today and now it has all these steps for the whole last week. I have removed the device now from her account but the data is all there. Please help.

Hello @Shootergirl and a warm welcome.  I don't think those steps can be removed.  Seeing these steps is bothersome, but in a little while, they will be inconsequential.  Over time, it's possible that your child will forget to wear his/her Ace a few times.  It will all work out over time.  I would file this as a digital life lesson with no real harm.

Hi @LZeeW! Thank you for you wise words. You are right, as time goes on, my daughter has found other functions she enjoys more. Now, she is using it as a target to beat how many steps I did in that week’s worth of data. .Thanks again for your reply. It’s just what I needed to hear.
