Ace 2 Falling Out of Strap

Hello. 

May son was given an ACE 2 for Christmas. He was so excited, as he has been wanting one like mine and my oldest son. He earned this as a reward/gift for doing well in school. He has worn it every day since Christmas with so much pride! 

However, in the past few weeks it has been slipping out of the band while he is wearing it. He is so a super active/ fidgety kid. He is very scared of wearing it to school now. I know some people have posted this issue, but has anyone found a way to resolve it?

Hi there, i made a suggestion of velcro strap, one size fits all. Its on the community board if you vote for it, they then consider it. More votes the mire likely for it to happen.

Thank you for the suggestion of a Velcro strap, but I’m not sure how it would help? The strap seems fine, the actual Fitbit is what is falling out while he is wearing it.
