Hi
Just bought Ace 2 trackers for my kids. Was hoping to be able to view both their steps, active time and sleep time in parent view in the iPhone app so I could encourage them, but appears I can only do that by switching to kid view for each child and entering my password to switch back to parent view multiple times. All I can see from parent view is average daily steps - am I missing something or that the full extent of it?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @buzzjg.
I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing your concern about the way to view your kids stats in the Fitbit app. Thank you for providing the additional details, I am here to help. I would like to confirm that you can see your kids stats including step count, active minutes, and sleep patterns under kid view in the Fitbit app. To confirm the steps to switch to kid view and return to your Fitbit account, see How do I see my child’s stats in the Fitbit app?
If you don't see sleep or active minutes information, I recommend adding the tiles in the Fitbit app by following the steps from this help article: How do I add, remove, or rearrange tiles on my Fitbit app dashboard?
Let me know how it goes. I'll be around if you have any additional questions.

Hi - thanks for the response. The website states "In Parent View, they can easily see kids’ activity and approve their connections.". Would I be correct in thinking that it's not possible to view any other activity than average daily steps in the parent view? If that's the case then I think that statement is misleading and should be reworded or removed.

Hi @buzzjg, thank you for your reply.
I appreciate the additional details and your feedback. Our team is always working on our products and services, and your comments are always welcome. You should be able to see your child's step count, active minutes, and sleep patterns under kid view in the Fitbit app. If you don't see these details, could you please provide a screenshot of what you see? I will be glad to investigate further. You can follow these steps to attach a screenshot to your next reply: How To: Add An Image To Your Post.
Looking forward to hearing back from you.
