Ace 2 - Switch to kid view not working

The app is not switching to kids view.

Tried on 2 iphones and 1 ipad pro with the latest version of the app.

They all freeze and it does not work

Thanks for trying to troubleshoot this issue before reaching out. I recommend trying the following:

 

  1. Log out of the app.
  2. Force quit the app.
  3. Log into the Fitbit app and check if the issue persists. You can confirm the steps to switch to kid view at How do I see my child’s stats in the Fitbit app?

I also have this problem - both my iPhone and iPad freeze when I try to move into Kids View. I have logged out of app, force quit, installed latest app, restarted my iPhone etc. What are the next steps?

Still not working...the app just freezes with 3 dots and waiting message ...

I appreciate your efforts to resolve this issue. Since you have several devices, I recommend trying to switch to kid view using one device and making sure the other devices aren't nearby. If the devices are nearby, turn off Bluetooth on them.
