My kids Ace 2 stopped syncing in May. I have unpaired / paired from bluetooth. I've turned off other bluetooth connections. I've force quit the app. I've uninstalled/reinstalled the app. I've rebooted my phone. I've restarted the tracker.
I've done all of the above several times and nothing. my other kids Ace 2 is functioning just fine
