Ace 2 alarm/kid view question

I’m interested in the Ace 2 for a 10 year old. 

One of the big things I am looking for is that the kid can set the alarms.  Does kid view allow that?  Also is Kid View only on my app or can they download the app and have it on their personal device?

This is about the kid having responsibility and learning how to remind themselves, so me setting all the alarms isn’t going to work.

I appreciate your interest in the Fitbit Ace 2 tracker and will be glad to assist you with your concern about the alarm feature. For the best experience, the Ace 2 can be connected to your child's device. For steps to set up the tracker, see How do I set up Ace or Ace 2 for my child? 

The alarms can be turned on or off directly on Ace 2 in the Alarms app, you need to use the Fitbit app in order to set and delete alarms. The alarms can be set up in the kid's view on your child's device. For more information, see How do I manage alarms on my Fitbit device?
