Ace 2 alarm won’t download

My ace 2 alarm won’t work. I downloaded it and I checked my fit bit and it says it is still not downloaded.

Thanks for the details shared in your post. You can set and delete alarms in the Fitbit app. Turn alarms on or off directly on Ace 2 in the Alarms app. I recommend confirming the steps to set up an alarm at How do I manage alarms on my Fitbit device? Make sure to sync the Ace 2 to save the changes. You can find the steps to sync the tracker at
