I set up some alarms for my daughters Ace 2 through the Fitbit app. I am not with her during the day and the phone I used to set it up is with me. She told me the alarms did not go off during the day. Because the alarms are set up on the Fitbit app I’m wondering if you have to be next to the phone where you set up the alarms in order for it to work. It would be hard for me to test this out because every time I have tried to test it I’ve always had my phone nearby and the alarms have gone off.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @AVanLeuven. It’s good to see you around, @TSeRiEs.
@TSeRiEs Thank you for sharing your experience. I appreciate your time and efforts to help other users.
@AVanLeuven Thanks for the details shared in your post. I understand your concern and would like to confirm that you should sync the tracker after setting up the alarms in the Fitbit app. After saving the alarms and syncing the tracker, your phone doesn't need to be close to the tracker for the alarm to go off. When an alarm goes off, the tracker vibrates. To dismiss the alarm, press the buttons. For more information, see How do I manage alarms on my Fitbit device?
Hope this helps.
