My granddaughter’s band on the Ace 2 continually comes out of the end holder! I’m worried it will eventually fall off of her wrist and be lost. I feed this band is poorly designed as it never stays put. Please fix that issue soon!

The support team really didn’t have any solution that helps the problem. I wish I could say there was something they could do about it. I noticed on my charge 3 there’s a little piece that pops into the band that keeps it in place but not on the Ace 2.
