Ace 2 band not staying on wrist

I have found that my daughters ace 2 keeps coming undone!

it seems to be missing the bit inside the loop that holds the band in place, every other Fitbit we have in the family have this, just not the ace 2! It is very frustrating and I am

scared my daughters will fall off and we won’t notice.

Is anyone else having the same issue?

Same problem with my grandson's Ace 2. His has fallen off a few times. Luckily, we were at home.  The "band keeper" "slip keeper", whatever its called, does not have a tab on it to lock it in place on the band. Much like practically all other Fitbit bands. It seems to be a design flaw.

Hi. Did you ever contact Fitbit about this? My sons has the very same issue and I keep trying to find a band that does “lock”. Any luck?

Fitbit were useless!

I found bands on eBay, they don’t “lock” but they do have 2 loops to keep the band done up and they aren’t as loose so the band falls out.

Thank you so much for the help. I was going to co tact Fitbit but I won’t now. I’ll look online and buy one of those you mentioned.
Thank you again.

Thank you,

My daughters fit bit has the exact same problem. It drives me insane how the kids fit bit doesn't have that little piece to keep the band in place when every other fit bit band has it, if anything the kids would need that more than the adult bands !

I did find a band on Amazon that has to straps that keeps it in place.
Thank you and have a great day,
