Ace 2 band too small

My son just spent all his birthday money on a Fitbit Ace 2.  He is 11 and the band is way to small for his wrist.  It is very uncomfortable and leaves marks on his wrist.  Are there any other bands that will work that are larger?  I now wish I would have gotten him an adult Fitbit instead!

Hi @Machelleh2  I've notified a moderator about your post. The Ace 2 is meant for children as young as six to thirteen. An adult Fitbit wouldn't let you set up a Family Account. This is due to the laws to protect children in the various countries. As for band sizes, the Inspire series works with the Ace 2.

Ace 2: One Size; fits wrists 5.0” - 6.34" in circumference.

Inspire (bands also fit the Ace 2)

Small : Fits wrists 5.5" - 6.7" in circumference

Large : Fits wrists 6.7" - 8.1" in circumference

Glad you're with us!

@Machelleh2 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!

Let me help you with your son's Ace band. As mentioned by @Odyssey13 you have the option to use the Inspire bands. Still I have created a ticket so our Support team can further assist you.

Let me know how it goes.

We gave my 11-year-old son a fitbit for Christmas and it is too small for his wrist, as well. We bought a Unicorn Beetle band for the Alta HR anticipating that this might be the case, but it doesn't fit right. Is there a way to get a larger band from fitbit? He has the blue band.
