Battery in Ace 2 won’t charge. Custer we service said they would reach out by email. I got an email to their support page which was useless. Is there a way to change the battery if so how do we do this? Can someone help?

Hi @Rleblanc17 the batteries can't be replaced on these devices. Fitbit doesn't sell them either.

As @Odyssey13 mentioned, Ace 2 batteries can't be replaced. I noticed that you already have a case with our Support team and that they are already assisting you.
