Ace 2 - can't change to kid view

Hello,

 

changing to Kid View not working on my Apple devices. Infinite loading sign appears but nothing happens. I tried on two different iPhones and also re-installed the App. Problem remains. 

I read similar posts in the community but the suggestions have not solved the problem. 

I only want to sync my Kids Ace2s but end up spending hours for nothing. 

Please help and assist dear FitBit team.

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I understand how you are feeling and recommend confirming if you've tried the following:

 

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app: tap your profile's picture, swipe up and log out.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  3. Clear your iPhone cache: How to Clear Your Browser's Cache on an iPhone.
  4. Reboot your phone.
  5. Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  6. Try switching to kid view: How do I see my child’s stats in the Fitbit app?
