Ace 2 - can't switch to Parent View

Hello Fellow Fitbit Folks,

I have an Charge 2 and an Ace 2 - We recently started using our Fitbits again and am wondering how I go about switching to Parent view in the app? I can recall doing this a few months ago when we kinda stopped using our Fitbits. According to the Fitbit help article you:

1) Tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture.

2) Tap "Switch to Parent View", and confirm.

3) When prompted, enter your password.

I can get past step 1, but when on step 2 I don't see "Switch to Parent View". Am I overlooking something? I see a "Create Family Account" - which, when tapped I get a "Family already exists".

Thanks for any assistance!

-Matt

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Matt-0731. I am sorry for the delayed response.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the details of the difficulty you're experiencing trying to switch to Parent view in the app. Thank you for your efforts and for confirming the steps to do it. If possible, try to log out of the app and log back in, restart the phone and try the steps you mentioned again. If the issue still persists, you may have to delete the Fitbit app and reinstall it.

You can find more information about the Fitbit family account here.

Let me know how it goes, I'll be around.
