Ace 2- clock format won’t change from 24hr clock

I have 2 ace 2 watches for my children and they won’t change from the 24 the clock , I have updated my profile to the 12 hr clock and submitted and removed the kids and reset them up and they are still on the 24hr clock

I am having the same issue, my 7 year old needs the 12 hrs view and I can not see this option. This needs a response Fitbit?
