My daughter got up this morning after not wearing her Ace to bed. The device says she has already taken over 4000 steps. I have reset it twice with no luck. Any ideas?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @CassieMM. I am sorry for the delayed response.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that your daughter's tracker showed steps in the morning when your daughter didn't wear it to bed. Thank you for your troubleshooting efforts by doing a restart. I recommend syncing the tracker, you can confirm the steps in this help article: How does my child sync Ace or Ace 2 with their device?

Upon checking with our Support team, I was told that you have already contacted them. I know they will be glad to help you out and provide you a solution, please keep working with them.
