My daughters Ace2 disappeared from my account and when I re-add it now doesn’t seem to add to family account. My results are recording as hers and when I try to look at my family account it just asks me to create one but then stated I have one so can’t switch to child view. 
please help, kind of pointless having a device for my daughter that shows my results. Thanks
