Ace 2 doesn't track kilometers properly

The problem started when I upgraded to a teen account, I had 0.02 kilometers when I had 10,000 steps and 63 active minutes. I just thought it would be sorted out in an update, but no, I am still having this problem. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Connor_Y and thanks for your assistance @Jrdubyakc. Thank you for letting us know that your Ace 2 doesn´t track your distance correctly and for mentioning that you don´t enter your activities manually.

 

Please check your personal information. Sometimes height or weight are incorrect and registered information is also incorrect.
