Ace 2 doesnt vibrate or celebrate

Just bought yesterday. It doesn't vibrate or show a celebration when goal is reached. We have reset already. It syncs fine. It doesn't ever vibrate when charge resetting or for reminders. Ready contacted fitbit and they told me to try again today. Still not working whats next? Can I email fitbit somehow? Chat isn't showing as available.

Have you turned the celebration or vibration on?

I don't know how to turn it on. It should be an automatic thing. When I contacted fitbit they said just to restart it but that didn't work.
