Ace 2 falls out of strap

Hi i purchased an ace 2 for my sons birthday 5 months ago . The last 3 weeks he has lost 8 times as fell out but lucky i have found each time . Can u get straps that it wont fall out of as he can play football or sports without it falling out anymore. he is devastated as loves competing with me for steps

I am sorry to hear your son's Ace 2 falls out of the strap. I totally understand how you are feeling and appreciate your feedback as it helps us to keep improving. I am glad to assist you with this.
