My daughters device fell out of her Fitbit strap randomly during the school day. There is absolutely no damage to the strap. She discovered it when she came home. It had been on her wrist constantly without any issue until now. I contacted Fitbit and they simply won’t reply to me even after numerous emails. I thought it was a great idea at first to get matching Fitbit’s but now I’m not convinced it’s worth it.
