Ace 2 falls out of the band

  • My child’s Ace 2 Fitbit keeps falling out of its wrists surround. He’s only had it for his birthday in March. Is there a design fault with this product? 

  • he’s not wearing it with fear that he’ll loose it.

Hi @Pross14 . Sorry for the problems you’re experiencing. Please contact Support to see if they can help. Another possible option is to simply replace the band. Fitbit sells them. So does Amazon. We need to get that device back on your son’s wrist!
