Ace 2 fell out and lost

Hi my kids ace 2 that has only been worn for 10 days fell out and is now lost. Surely this isn’t supposed to happen??

I am sorry to hear your kid's Ace 2 fell out and is now lost. I am sorry that you are going through this situation, I totally understand how you are feeling.
