Ace 2 fell out and lost

My son got his fitbit for Christmas and has only worn it for a couple of weeks. Through just running around on an oval one afternoon the screen has fallen out and is now lost. He is absolutely devastated. I wouldn't have thought it would be so easy to fall out given how active kids are. Anyone have any luck in finding replacements for it?

My son got his for Christmas also. He just called in tears saying the fitbit fell out of the band while at school. He is devastated also. I'm hoping they find it because I can't afford to replace it already.

We gave my daughter her first watch a Fitbit ace 2 for Christmas and within two weeks the face had fallen out. We have turned the house upside down looking for it but it is simply gone. I have tried setting an alarm to help find it but this is also not working.
I see now that this is a terribly designed product and so many people are having the same problem.
what are you going to do about this?
