My daughter got the FitBit Ace this year as a present, and has loved using it. However today it fell out of her band, without her noticing.
The band hasn’t been damaged and I have thought about it not being that secure as it is not pinned in.
Really disappointed. Have others had this problem?

This just happened with my son’s fit bit. This is the second time and we did file something the first time.
