My daughter's Ace2 is frozen. It's keeping time, but if I try to hold the button down to restart it, it just vibrates for a second and nothing happens. I can't get to any other screen and even after charging it for an hour, it still does this. Right now, it's just an expensive watch.

Hi @logoz80, it's nice to see you again in our Community Forums.
I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that your daughter's Ace 2 is frozen and won't respond to swipes. Thank you for trying to resolve this and providing the additional details. I understand how you are feeling and I am here to help. I recommend trying the following:
1. Make sure the tracker is updated to the latest version as updates come with new features and bug fixes: How do I update my Fitbit device?
2. Make sure the tracker is syncing: How does my child sync Ace or Ace 2 with their device?
3. Try changing the clock face:
4. Confirm the steps to restart the tracker: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
Let me know how it goes, I'll be around.
