My kids both got Ace 2's for Christmas. I recently got a Versa. We are syncing all the devices on my phone (they do not have phones or tablets). My 6 year old is now getting my email notifications on her Ace 2 and I am no longer getting them on my Versa. Also, text messages are not going to the Versa or the Aces.
Her Ace keeps vibrating because my emails are going to her watch. She also got a call (that was to my phone) on her Ace.
I have checked settings and cannot figure it out. I've tried to disconnect bluetooth. Someone please help!!!

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @khoover.
I understand how you are feeling about this situation. Thank you for your efforts to resolve this. Since the Ace 2 trackers are connected to your phone, call notifications should be turned off under kid view in the Fitbit app. Please try the following:
1. Tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture.
2. Tap My Family.
3. Under your child's name, tap Switch to Kid View.
4. Tap your kid's profile picture > Ace 2 tile.
5. Tap Notifications and turn them off.
After that switch back to parent view and check your notification settings:
1. With your Fitbit device nearby, tap the Today tab > your profile picture.
2. Tap your device image > Notifications. Follow the on-screen instructions to pair your Fitbit device to your phone.
3. Choose the types of notifications you want to receive. Tap App Notifications and choose the apps you want notifications from.
4. Sync your device.
For more information about notifications, see How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?
The additional information about the Ace 2, see this manual.
Keep me posted on the outcome.
