Ace 2 glitching and jumping between screens

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My daughters Ace is 2 weeks old, it is glitching and jumping between screens, it won’t let me reset as it won’t let me hold for 3s. Very frustrated and unimpressed with it. I live in Zimbabwe and cannot return it without major headaches. Please help.... thanks

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Zimbodal.

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I understand how you are feeling about this situation. I recommend doing the following:

  1. Confirm the steps to restart the tracker: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  2. Change the clock face:
  • With your tracker nearby, from the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the account icon> Ace 2 tile.
  • Tap Clock Faces > All Clocks.
  • Browse the available clock faces. Tap a clock face to see a detailed view.
  • Tap Select to add the clock face to Ace 2. Sync the tracker.

Additionally, I recommend checking if your Fitbit app is updated to the latest version as updates come with new features and bug fixes: How do I update the Fitbit app?

Hope this helps.

I’m having the same issue with my sons ace 3, it’s as if the screen is constantly being tapped when no one is even touching it. Drains the battery and cannot reset it at all.

Have followed those steps many times now and still having the issues where the screen is constantly being tapped without anyone touching it. It’s been happening ever since setting up the device, about a month ago.
