Brought Ace 2 for my daughter for Christmas and after setup a white line appears on the screen and nothing else happens. Have tried resetting it and now the screen constantly says Fitbit setup. Brought from Currys and have spoken to Tech Team but they couldn't help. Any advice?

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. It seems that the tracker was going through the firmware update. I recommend using a compatible iOS or Android device to set up the tracker. Please restart your phone and follow the steps to set up the tracker at How do I set up Ace or Ace 2 for my child?
