My ace 2 is not taking sleep. I tried for several nights, and it did not work.

@A.Matar, I'm sorry or the late response. However, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. Regarding the sleep tracking issue that your Ace 2 is experiencing, I'll be glad to follow up and assist you.
Please restart your Ace 2 as described in this help article. After this, make sure that your Ace 2 is positioned correctly on your wrist: Also, tighten the band so that it doesn’t slip on your wrist.
